We have started BVS Excellence Award from 2018 to Felicitate those Vaidyas’ who achieved Milestones in Different Segments i.e. Arts & Culture, Music, Sports, Science, Scholar etc.
The objective of BVS Excellence Award is to mark and felicitate Achievers among the Vaidya clan of Bengali community. The Bengali Vaidya Samaj (Regn No. 56104) has decided to present the Vaidyas who have achieved a milestone in different fields of life, starting from 2018, and it will continue for the top 10 achievers from 2019 onward.
A dual voting system will be developed on the stage of BVS Awards 2018 (scheduled on 23rd September 2018 at Madhusudan Mancha, Kolkata). Under this system, a panel is to be appointed by the executive committee of Bengali Vaidya Samaj on that day, the BVS Excellence Awards will be chosen by both the members of our Facebook Group and a committee of experts for following categories:
Performing Arts / Administration / Nonperforming Arts and Culture / Professional Services / Education / Industry / Politics / Education.
